Monday morning... and motivation is being questioned. I was slack on the weekend. Not as bad as I have been in the past, but certainly not very good. I NEED to find my motivation, and just get on with it.
Friday night was Mexican which I really enjoyed, even though I consumed a huge amount of calories. But I didn't have dessert, so bonus for me.
Saturday I was pretty good all day, except for finishing off the Chrismas ham, and then having some potato chips later in the evening, and also some apricot things Andrew bought me.
Sunday was ok. We went out for lunch, I have ricotta & spinach canelloni which was yummy, then Andrew got dessert which was mud cake with icecream, so of course I had to have some of that. then I went out for a coffee and I had an Almond & Apricot bickie.... then the rest of the potato chips when I got home.
SO.... WHY OH WHY did I mess up like that. I knew exactly what I was stuffing into my gob, but I didn't say no. I did say no to Chocolate until last night, when I had 6 squares (Andrew had the rest of the block), but being able to be good all the time is just so challenging.
I have to want this really badly, and at the moment, the want is there, but not there as much as it should be... I need to find my motivation, but I'm not too sure how to go about it at the moment.
BUT, in light of all this, I have good meal plans for today, which includes 2 serves of fruit, some vegies and some protein. And a 30min spin class.
Lets hope I can achieve another good week, and NOT mess up next weekend.

You got to want it more than the food!!! My motivation comes and goes, but you just have to get on with the job at hand!!!!lol
Don't have the crap food in the house, as hard as it is it is easier if it is not in front of you.
Just keep going and take it one hour at a time till you get into the habbit you want:)
Comes down to the same old thing, choices, and it is only you that can help yourself:)
sorry if Im rambling....
Emx
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
its just a shame it is such a battle!
The important thing is to not beat yourself up if you relapse (or I would be black and blue...). Lets face it, what is done is done. Just make sure you have a better week.
Just be patient, and let it happen. The more you force it the less it will come off, trust me. You are still doing so well, and if you follow the weight watchers philosophy, all things in moderation, you won't go wrong.
Keep at it girl, and you will be there in no time!
xx
Don't have the crap in the house and don't let Andrew bring any home either! Look in the mirror everytime you feel yourself slipping !
