My spin bike will be delivered tomorrow! It is a magnetic resistance bike, and it was recommended if I want to be able to stand up on it. I also got a free Polar Heart rate monitor with it which is cool, cause I have been wanting one for quite a while.
Delivery is tomorrow morning, so I am really loking forward to it. I have chosen to hire it for 8 weeks at the moment, and see how it goes, and then if I chose to buy it, then I pay out a further $630. SO hopefully I will be back into the swing of biking it soon.
I managed to slice open the top of my index finger last night - so typing is a bit of a challenge this morning. Typo's galore!!
Food was pretty good yesterday, had a few lollies, but all in all I was happy with how my day went. ONWARD!!!

I LOVE new exercise toys!!!! This looks like a really good bike...It will make it easier having it at home. I am thinking of hiring a treadmill myself because sometimes it is really hard to motivate myself to run in the cold.
About the shoes....are they GT2130's??
